How to Order Your Writing when Disorder is Your Goal

Continuing their series with guest host Peng Shepherd, the Writing Excuses hosts discuss “order-less reading order.” In a sense, this disordered reading experience is like watching a TV series from the 60s or 70s, in which the events of one episode weren’t influenced by previous stories and were never referenced again in future episodes. However, this approach has unique challenges in fiction, because it needs to work within the confines of one book.
