In a post on Writer Unboxed, Kelsey Allagood says now’s a good time to give your creativity a spring cleaning. “When my mind feels cluttered, I find it difficult to be creative,” she says. When this happens, it’s a good time to reboot and clear your thoughts. Allagood suggests:

  • Physically cleaning your workspace to get rid of clutter and debris
  • Get whatever exercise feels right for you
  • Use positive affirmations
  • Write something for yourself, that no one else will ever see
