Write With Your Eyes Closed

In a post on Killzone, James Scott Bell suggests that you try writing with your eyes closed. “If you close your eyes and let a scene start playing like a movie in your mind, you see things you never would if you look at your words as you type,” Bell says. “Instead, you visualize and record the details, like a careful journalist.”
