Writing Prompt: Hell’s Agent by bigpulp

When Randall Bell got bored appraising commercial real estate, he combined his expertise with property values with…something else…to become Hell’s Agent. As the owner of Landmark Research (that’s an understatement), Bell appraises damaged assets, from Bikini Atoll and the Murrah Building to the homes where Sharon Tate, JonBenet Ramsey, and Nicole Brown Simpson were murdered. Mass murder is also within his purview, as he’s handled the Heaven’s Gate mansion (technically suicides, but someone talked them into it), and the Jeffry Dahmer’s apartment building.

Intrigued? Imagine what it would be like to live in Sharon Tate’s home (and you can only imagine, since it was razed in 1994). Write about an infamous property from the POV of a buyer or seller. Can such sites be redeemed? Imagine a purveyor of different gruesome artifacts – the book collections or automobiles belonging to famous killers or victims. America is dotted with temporary burial grounds. What goes on in the forest where a killer hides his work?
